The Experience
Drop into the present moment with a friend, old or new. Draw each other with one continuous stroke while keeping your eyes on the person, not the page.
What comes out is always bad, always surprising, and somehow always captures something real.
Guests exchange portraits through the mail slot and emerge with a tiny, joyful piece of bad art made just for them.

MESSY THREAD MACHINE
The Experience
Weave a beautiful mess together. Guests contribute a strand (or many) to a communal loom, hands moving over, under and around as the tapestry slowly takes shape over the course of the event. Set an intention before you weave and thread something personal into the collective piece. It's meditative, a little chaotic, and surprisingly connecting.
We bring the loom and an abundance of colorful reclaimed fabric strips. After the event, we tie off the loose ends and you receive a wall-hanging keepsake that's so bad, it's good.
