Create

The worst art possible, together. Your team has full permission to express, share and collaborate on their raw ideas with utter disregard for the outcome.

The obvious shift in your team’s energy. Integrate insights, challenges and breakthroughs before destroying the art together (sshh!)

THE FACILITATION

Bad Art Club is facilitated through a trauma-informed lens grounded in ontological coaching practices.

Jules brings 500+ hours of facilitation training alongside leaders from 30 countries. Her workshops welcome people of all ages, cultures, identities and abilities. She is attuned and responsive to the unique needs of each group. As an ex-engineer, she knows how to meet the technically-minded where they're at.

Bad Art Club give teams a lived experience of risk, vulnerability, and creative courage. It manages to be fun, impactful, surprising, and culturally relevant, all at once.

THE IMPACT

Bad Art Club builds the psychological safety teams need to take risks, share ideas openly and ask for support.

Your team leaves more comfortable with uncertainty and free from the pressure to be perfect. They speak up in meetings, iterate more quickly and collaborate with more trust and enthusiasm. They begin treating "I don't know" as a strong starting point.

Team members walk away with a shared creative experience that translates to innovation, burnout prevention, and genuine belonging at work.

If you know where you want to go but struggle to get people aligned and energized around the journey, this is the workshop that changes that.

Warning: Bad Art Club will reset your team’s nervous system, causing an immediate, obvious and lasting transformation on the ways they work.
